MILLING
WellerPrecision offers a wide range of milling services, starting with our Bridgeport mill with proto-trac 3 controller which feature 12,000 rpm spindle and work travels of 30"x16"x20". For larger parts we have xxx which also feature the 12,000 rpm spindle and work travels of 50"x20"x25".

TURNING
WellerPrecision offers a wide range of turning services, starting with our 2 smaller turning centers,HL-2BB and SL20 which feature a 10"x 20" work envelope. For high volume small part applications we offer bar feeding capabilities on the SL-20. For Larger applications WellerPrecision has 3 SL-30 turning centers which feature a work envelope of 14.5" x 30".

ASSEMBLY
WellerPrecision provides light assembly services ranging from small assembly and packaging to pressing bearings and setting torque specifications on fasteners.

POLISHING
WellerPrecision offers full polish capabilities on aluminum and stainlesscomponents for those parts that need a mirror like appearance.

FULL SERVICE MANUFACTURING
WellerPrecision can be your single source for manufactured components.
If polishing, assembly and packaging are needed, WellerPrecision can provide these services also. To support our manufacturing we utilize
MasterCAM X and SolidWorks 2006 for programming and design.
